The agreement between us

These terms describe what you can expect from Noēsis and what we expect from you. By applying for membership, attending an Open Mastermind, or joining as a member, you agree to them.

What Noēsis is

Noēsis is a curated collective for people working at the edge of longevity. Membership gives you access to monthly online masterminds, expert sessions, member introductions, and the annual gathering. We are a community, not a service provider, a clinic, or an investment vehicle.

Applying

Applications are reviewed by founding members after you sit in on an Open Mastermind. Acceptance is at our discretion. We will tell you yes or no, with a brief reason, within a reasonable time after the session. We may decline an application without further explanation.

Membership and fees

• Membership runs in three-month commitments. The current commitment fee is €150 per quarter.
• Fees are charged in advance through Stripe.
• Money-back guarantee: if at any point during your first quarter you decide Noēsis is not for you, write to us before that quarter ends and we refund the full €150. No questions asked.
• Outside that first-quarter window, fees are non-refundable for the current quarter, but you can stop renewing at any time by emailing us.

What we ask of members

• Confidentiality. What members share inside the room stays inside the room. Personal stories, work-in-progress, business challenges, financial details. None of it leaves without explicit permission.
• Generosity. Show up willing to give before you ask. Introductions, ideas, time.
• Integrity. Honor your word. If you commit to a session or an introduction, follow through.
• No harassment. Treat every member, guest, and organizer with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or hostile behavior ends membership without refund.
• No solicitation. Noēsis is not a sales channel. Pitching, cold-selling, or recruiting members for unrelated ventures is not what we are here for.

Events

We run online masterminds, expert sessions, and the occasional in-person gathering. Some events are free, some are paid. Event-specific terms (capacity, refunds, code of conduct) are listed on the event page itself and apply in addition to these terms.

Content and intellectual property

The Noēsis name, logo, website copy, and visual identity belong to us. You are welcome to share links to our public pages. Please ask before reproducing our materials elsewhere.

What you share inside the collective remains yours. By sharing it with the room, you grant other members permission to listen, learn from it, and act on it inside the same trust container described above.

Ending membership

You can leave at any time by emailing thomas@noesis-longevity.com. Your access continues until the end of the quarter you have already paid for.

We may end a membership early if a member breaks the conduct expectations above, or if continuing would harm the collective. Where this is for cause, no refund is owed. Where we end membership for any other reason, we refund the unused portion of the current quarter.

No professional advice

Conversations inside Noēsis often touch on health, business, science, and finance. Nothing shared in our sessions, by us or by other members, is medical, legal, financial, or investment advice. Use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to run Noēsis well. We cannot promise specific outcomes from membership: no guaranteed introductions, deals, friendships, or business results. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything connected with Noēsis is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous twelve months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. When we change anything material, we update the date at the top and, for active members, send a short note by email. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
